  • However, if you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Provide a clear photo of the issue and your order number. We will respond within 2-3 working days.

  • If you wish to exchange due to personal reasons (e.g., wrong size), both-way postage will be borne by the customer and exchange is only possible if the item is still in stock.

  • We do not accept reasons like "doesn't look nice after wearing" as every body type is different.

  • No return/exchange is allowed for sale items, pre-orders, or items that have been worn/washed.
